Job Description

A delivery associate safely and efficiently transports packages, goods, or orders from a hub or store directly to customers. Primary duties include loading vehicles, planning routes with GPS, scanning parcels, and providing polite customer service. The role requires a valid driver's license and physical stamina. Key Responsibilities

Loading & Organizing: Sort and load packages into the vehicle safely.
Driving & Navigating: Follow assigned routes and use GPS to reach destinations on time.
Customer Interaction: Greet clients, hand over items, and collect required digital or paper signatures.
Documentation: Scan barcodes, update delivery logs in real-time, and handle payment collections if needed.
Vehicle Care: Perform basic routine checks on fuel, tires, and fluid levels. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements & Skills

License: Valid driver’s license or clean driving record.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky boxes.
Time Management: Strong punctuality and route-tracking skills.
Communication: Helpful attitude and clear speaking skills for customer support. [1, 2, 3]
