Urgent requirement Delivery associates

We have 45 open position

Salary 10274 + 1000 + incentive 2000 to 4000 + ESI + EPF and Extra

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service by answering customer questions about products and services offered by the company

Filling in for other members of the delivery team when needed, such as helping with customer service issues on the phone or in person

Communicating with customers about special promotions or upcoming events

Loading and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks and vans according to company procedures

Operating a forklift to move large boxes or other heavy items that cannot be lifted by hand

Accurately scanning and packing items according to customer instructions

Loading trucks with boxes and other items for delivery to customers or other businesses

Maintaining a clean work environment by removing debris or trash from floors or shelves

Using computer software to track shipping information such as package contents, delivery addresses, and estimated arrival times
