Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Collection

Collect food and beverage packages from external delivery executives at the designated drop-off point (e.g., main gate or reception).

Verify order details such as name, floor number, and order number before accepting.
2. In-House Delivery

Deliver food items to the correct office floor, cubicle, or department as per the order information.

Ensure safe handling of food items and prevent spillage or mix-ups.
3. Coordination & Communication

Communicate politely with office staff to confirm order ownership if not clearly labeled.

Handle multiple deliveries during peak lunch/dinner hours efficiently.

Coordinate with the admin or reception team for smooth delivery flow.
4. Record & Reporting

Maintain a log of deliveries, timings, and any issues encountered during delivery.

Inform admin team in case of delays, wrong orders, or missing deliveries.
5. Hygiene & Professionalism

Maintain personal cleanliness and wear a clean uniform if provided.

Be courteous, presentable, and follow basic etiquette while interacting with staff.
