Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Operations:

Collect and deliver items such as parcels, documents, groceries, food, electronics, or other goods to customers as per assigned routes.

Ensure all deliveries are completed within the designated time slots.

Handle urgent deliveries or priority shipments as instructed by supervisors.

Use GPS or mobile apps to navigate efficiently and avoid delays.
2. Customer Interaction:
-
Greet customers professionally and deliver parcels with a positive attitude.

Obtain signatures or digital confirmation upon successful delivery.

Handle minor customer queries or delivery-related concerns politely.

Inform the office immediately in case of failed or delayed deliveries.
3. Package Handling:
-
Ensure safe and secure transportation of all items, avoiding damage or loss.

Verify that the correct items are delivered to the correct addresses.
-
Maintain cleanliness and care for the delivery vehicle (if company-provided).
-
Report any damaged or missing packages to the logistics or operations team.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
-
Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork as required by the company.

Submit cash or card collection amounts (if COD) to the accounts team daily.

Use company mobile apps or handheld devices to update delivery status in real time.
5. Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance:
-
Conduct daily checks of the vehicle (if applicable), such as fuel, brakes, tire pressure, and lights.

Ensure the vehicle is in good running condition and regularly serviced.

Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations.
-
Keep personal driving license and vehicle documents valid and updated.
