Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Boy who can work for us as a full-timer.
Duties:
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient delivery.
- Load and unload items from delivery vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process.
- Collect cash payments from customers, if applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Timely and Safe Delivery

Deliver dental equipment, products, and supplies to clinics, dental labs, hospitals, and customers as per the schedule.

Ensure that deliveries are completed on time, based on route plans provided by the logistics team.

Use proper packaging, handling techniques, and delivery protocols for sensitive or high-value items like dental chairs, tools, or consumables.
2. Pick-Up & Drop Coordination
-
Collect goods from the warehouse, vendors, or distributors and transport them to assigned customer locations.

Return damaged or unused goods as instructed by the supervisor.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify pick-up slips and delivery challans.
3. Documentation & Proof of Delivery
-
Collect and maintain delivery notes, invoices, bills, and any customer signatures as proof of successful delivery.

Submit daily delivery reports or updates to the supervisor or back-office team.

Handle digital entry using mobile apps or paper documentation depending on the system used.
4. Route Management
-
Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using Google Maps or GPS navigation tools.

Manage multiple deliveries in a day by covering designated areas or pin codes.

Inform the office in case of delays, traffic, or any unforeseen route changes.
5. Equipment Handling

Carry lightweight to moderately heavy dental tools, kits, or machines.

Ensure proper handling of delicate equipment like X-ray sensors, autoclaves, handpieces, and dental chairs.

Report any signs of product damage during transit or handling immediately.
6. Customer Interaction

Maintain a polite and professional attitude when dealing with clients at dental clinics or hospitals.

Clarify any basic product delivery queries and refer technical or payment-related issues to office staff.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining punctuality and accuracy in deliveries.
