Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of Goods

Timely Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery of packages, food, or other goods to the specified address, following the company's delivery schedule.

Route Planning: Follow the most efficient routes using navigation tools (GPS) to ensure prompt deliveries and avoid delays.

Handle Deliveries Safely: Ensure that the items are delivered in good condition and handle them with care during transit.
2. Customer Interaction

Professional Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and provide them with excellent customer service during the delivery process.

Address Customer Queries: If necessary, answer customer inquiries related to the delivery process or product.

Collect Payments (if applicable): For cash-on-delivery transactions, ensure the correct payment is collected and provide customers with a receipt if required.
3. Handling Documentation

Delivery Confirmation: Obtain proof of delivery, such as a signature, and record it as per company procedures.

Track Deliveries: Keep accurate records of deliveries, including the time of delivery, items delivered, and any special instructions or concerns from the customer.
