Job Overview
A Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering packages, food, or other items to customers’ homes safely, quickly, and efficiently. This role requires good knowledge of local routes, time management skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
The position is ideal for individuals with a smartphone and a bike, though candidates with or without a driving license are welcome to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply, and multiple vacancies are available across Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations

Pick up packages, parcels, or food orders from the warehouse, restaurant, or delivery hub.

Deliver items safely and on time to customers’ addresses.

Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage during transit.

Use smartphone apps for navigation, order updates, and proof of delivery.
2. Customer Interaction

Greet customers politely and maintain a friendly attitude.

Collect payments if required (cash on delivery).

Obtain digital or physical signatures for successful delivery confirmation.

Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
3. Time and Route Management

Plan the most efficient delivery routes using GPS or company apps.

Ensure timely completion of deliveries within assigned slots.

Inform supervisors in case of delivery delays, traffic issues, or location problems.
4. Reporting and Coordination

Update delivery status in the mobile app or company system.

Report undelivered parcels or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations.
