Job Description
We are always looking for a Delivery boy who can work for us as a full-timer, part-timer, weekend & or night shifts so that you can make use of your time wisely and earn more money.
Duties:
- Responsible for collecting the delivery items from the warehouses/Pickup location.
- Ensure the safe delivery of items at the customers place on time.
- Cross check if correct items are picked up and delivered.
- Responsible for collecting the right amount of payment from the customers.
- Report or update the delivered items information correctly.
Who could be ideal for this Job?
- You should have a Bike and Driving license
- One who is passionate to drive/ride the bike
Key Responsibilities:
1. Timely and Accurate Delivery:

Ensure the timely delivery of products, packages, or goods to the customer’s location.

Follow the most efficient route using navigational tools like GPS apps or local maps to avoid delays.

Verify the contents of the delivery before departure and ensure they match the customer’s order.

Maintain accurate delivery records, including time of delivery, customer details, and payment status (if applicable).
2. Customer Interaction and Service:
-
Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner upon delivery.
-
Confirm that the correct recipient receives the package or item, and collect payment when necessary.

Address any customer queries or issues courteously, escalating matters to the relevant department when needed.

Provide updates on the delivery status, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) and any potential delays.
3. Vehicle Maintenance and Care:

Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, car, or van) is in good working condition before use.

Perform regular maintenance checks, such as fuel levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.

Follow safety protocols and traffic rules while driving to ensure safe deliveries.

Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor or manager.
4. Order Management:

Organize and plan the deliveries based on the assigned routes, ensuring efficiency in multiple deliveries per trip.

Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.

Manage the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are securely packed and safely transported.

Make necessary adjustments to delivery schedules based on changes or urgent customer requests.
5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate delivery records, including time stamps and customer signatures (when applicable).

Report on delivery completion and any issues encountered (e.g., missed deliveries, address errors).

Assist with inventory tracking and ensure goods are picked up and delivered according to schedule.
6. Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to company policies regarding safety, including following road safety rules and traffic regulations.

Ensure packages and items are securely handled, preventing damage during the delivery process.

Keep delivery-related documents, such as receipts or delivery forms, safe and organized.
7. Performance and Efficiency:

Maintain a high level of productivity by adhering to delivery deadlines and goals.

Strive to minimize delivery delays, while ensuring high-quality customer service at all times.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly delivery targets set by the company.
