Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on performance & location)
Delivery Area: Within 25 KM radius of assigned delivery zone
Age Limit: 30 to 35 years
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Job Summary:
We are hiring Delivery Boy for full-time positions to deliver grocery items to customers' homes across Delhi NCR and nearby states. The role involves picking up packed grocery orders from designated warehouse or store points and delivering them safely and on time to customers within a 25 km delivery radius.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Pickup & Delivery
-
Collect packed grocery orders from the warehouse or partner store.

Deliver the items to customers’ addresses using a two-wheeler.

Follow the delivery route assigned via the mobile app or supervisor.

Daily Order Target
-
Deliver 25 to 30 orders per day depending on route and shift.

Maintain timely delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction

Communicate politely with customers during delivery.

Confirm OTPs or digital signatures, and hand over invoices where required.

Handle basic customer queries related to the order or delivery timing.

Safety and Hygiene

Handle grocery items with care and follow all hygiene protocols.

Maintain a clean and presentable appearance during work hours.

Wear uniform and carry company ID badge at all times.

Coordination and Reporting

Use mobile apps to track orders and mark delivery status.

Report daily delivery count and cash collection (if applicable) to the supervisor.

Inform the team promptly in case of delays, issues, or vehicle problems.
Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 30 to 35 years

Gender: Male candidates only

Education: Minimum 8th pass or higher

Location Preference: Candidates from Delhi, Noida, UP, Bihar, Haryana, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and nearby NCR regions preferred

Driving License: Must have a valid driving license (2-wheeler)

Vehicle: Should own a two-wheeler with proper documents (RC, Insurance, PUC)

Smartphone: Basic smartphone knowledge to use delivery apps
Skills & Requirements:

Ability to read and follow delivery instructions in local language or Hindi
