• Package Delivery: Safely deliver products to customers' homes or offices as per the assigned delivery routes.

• Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash on delivery or digital payments) when required.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns, and update the system with status of deliveries.
• Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes for efficiency using navigation tools or as instructed by the supervisor.
• Returns: Handle returns and cancellations as per the company’s policies and ensure the package is returned to the warehouse.
• Safety Compliance: Follow traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe and secure deliveries.
