Job Description
As part of the Flipkart logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Package Delivery: Safely deliver products to customers' homes or offices as per the assigned delivery routes.
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure that deliveries are made within the stipulated time frame.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries, handling any inquiries or issues.
- Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash on delivery or digital payments) when required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns, and update the system with status of deliveries.
- Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes for efficiency using navigation tools or as instructed by the supervisor.
- Returns: Handle returns and cancellations as per the company’s policies and ensure the package is returned to the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Follow traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe and secure deliveries.
