We are hiring energetic and responsible Delivery Boy to deliver food orders to customers on time while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. As a delivery executive, you will represent the company, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, handle payments when required, and provide a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
1. Food Pickup & Delivery

Collect food orders from partner restaurants, cloud kitchens, or outlets.

Ensure safe handling of food packages to maintain hygiene and quality.

Deliver orders to customers within the estimated time using the best delivery routes.

Verify the order details before leaving the pickup point to avoid errors.
2. Customer Interaction
-
Greet customers politely and provide excellent service.

Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and generate online receipts when required.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
3. Order & Payment Handling
-
Ensure correct collection of payments and provide receipts.
-
Handle digital payments via UPI, cards, or mobile wallets when needed.

Report any payment discrepancies to the operations team immediately.
4. Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance
-
Maintain the assigned bike/scooter in good working condition.

Ensure all delivery gear, bags, and packaging materials are clean and hygienic.

Check fuel levels and perform basic maintenance before starting deliveries.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Update the operations team on order status and delivery confirmations.
-
Report delays, issues, or customer complaints to supervisors.

Maintain proper communication with the restaurant, customer, and company.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Familiarity with Google Maps / GPS navigation for efficient route planning.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to handle mobile apps used for order management and delivery tracking.
2. Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills in local language (Hindi / English / Regional language).

Customer-oriented attitude with politeness and patience.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
