Job Description

We are providing free delivery boy job. Delivery under 4 to 5km of your locality. Part time and full time available. You can earn 30-40k per month. Driving license is required. Flexible hours job. Night shift available. Weekly payment available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery:

Safely transport products, goods, or documents to customers as per the assigned route.
Ensure products are delivered within the specified time frame, providing timely and efficient service.
Check the accuracy of delivery items against the order to ensure all products are delivered correctly.
Handle the goods carefully during transit to prevent damage.

2. Customer Interaction:

Greet customers with a polite, friendly attitude and provide high-quality customer service.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding their deliveries.
Collect payments (if applicable) from customers and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues related to the delivery process, such as delayed shipments or product concerns.

3. Route Planning:

Plan the most efficient route for deliveries to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Use navigation tools or mobile apps to stay updated on traffic conditions and route adjustments.
Maintain a punctual delivery schedule, adjusting routes as necessary to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Delivery Documentation:

Maintain accurate delivery records, including the customer’s signature, proof of delivery, and any payment receipts.
Confirm and record any issues during deliveries, such as undelivered items, damaged goods, or customer complaints.
Provide real-time updates on the delivery status to the supervisor or dispatch team.

5. Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, ensuring regular checks on fuel, tires, and overall cleanliness.
Report any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle promptly for repairs.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is equipped with necessary tools, safety equipment, and required documentation (e.g., license, insurance).

6. Inventory Management:

Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring goods are securely loaded to prevent damage during transport.
Check inventory levels in the warehouse or store to ensure the correct number of items are loaded for delivery.
Ensure the proper handling of fragile or perishable items during the loading and unloading process.
