Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, efficient, and customer-friendly Delivery Boy to support our dry cleaning business by picking up clothes from customers’ homes and delivering them back after cleaning. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling their clothes with care, and maintaining good relationships by offering timely service and best prices.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect clothes from customers’ homes for dry cleaning services as per the scheduled pickups.

Deliver cleaned clothes to customers on time, ensuring proper handling and packaging.

Interact with customers courteously, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.

Provide customers with price information and available offers on dry cleaning services.

Maintain good customer relationships by being polite, punctual, and responsive.

Manage daily delivery schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.

Handle cash or electronic payments during delivery and issue receipts if needed.

Report any customer feedback, complaints, or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Ensure the safety and security of clothes during transit.

Maintain delivery records and update status to the office or management.
Eligibility Criteria:

Basic education (10th or above preferred).

Experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Should be familiar with the local routes and areas for timely pickups and deliveries.

Must have a valid driving license (for two-wheeler or four-wheeler as applicable).
