Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages: Deliver the items to customers' locations, following assigned routes and the time schedules 
  • Load and unload: Load packages onto the delivery vehicle and unload them at the customer's location 
  • Maintain vehicle: Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good condition by inspecting and maintaining it 
  • Follow traffic laws: Adhere to all the traffic laws and regulations 
  • Provide customer service: Communicate with the customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues 
  • Record deliveries: Keep an accurate records of the deliveries and pickups 
  • Handle payments: Process the payments from the customers, such as cash or card
