Job Description
We are always looking for a Delivery Boy who can work for us as a full-timer, part-timer, weekend so that you can make use of your time wisely and earn more money.
Duties:
- Ensure the safe delivery of items at the customers place on time.
- Cross check if correct items are picked up and delivered.
- Responsible for collecting the right amount of payment from the customers.
- Report or update the delivered items information correctly.

- One who is passionate to drive/ride the bike
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pickup & Delivery

Pick up packages, parcels, or documents from the designated hub, warehouse, or vendor location.

Deliver items safely and accurately to customers as per the address and timeline provided.

Obtain delivery confirmation via OTP, signature, app-based verification, or customer acknowledgment.
2. Route Management
-
Plan daily routes efficiently to reduce travel time and fuel costs.

Follow navigation tools or instructions shared via app or dispatch manager.

Inform the manager of any delays due to traffic, weather, or address issues.
3. Customer Interaction
-
Communicate politely and professionally with customers during delivery.

Handle any customer queries or issues (payment, order confirmation, item mismatch) and escalate if required.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering with a smile and a helpful attitude.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain a daily record of completed deliveries.

Collect payments in cash or digital modes when required and hand over to accounts team.

Submit delivery reports, fuel bills, and logs to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
5. Safety & Compliance
-
Always wear a company-provided uniform, ID badge, and safety gear (helmet, gloves).

Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Keep the vehicle in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Required Skills:

Basic communication skills in Hindi / English / Local Language

Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.)

Ability to manage time and complete deliveries efficiently

Honest, reliable, and respectful to customers

Ability to use smartphones or delivery apps (training will be provided)

Physically fit and comfortable with long-distance travel or frequent movement
