Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pickup & Delivery:
-
Pick up items from the designated location (warehouse, store, restaurant, office, etc.).

Deliver products to customers at their address as per the assigned route or schedule.

Ensure correct delivery based on order details or invoices.
2. Documentation & Verification:
-
Collect signatures or confirmation from customers upon delivery.
-
Ensure proper handling of receipts, invoices, or digital delivery confirmations via mobile app.
-
Handle cash collection or digital payments if part of the delivery process (Cash on Delivery - COD).
3. Timely & Safe Delivery:
-
Deliver items within specified time limits without damage.
-
Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and delivery protocols at all times.

Use GPS or delivery apps for accurate routing and tracking.
4. Customer Service:
-
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.

Report any customer feedback, complaints, or delivery issues to the supervisor.

Coordinate with customer service or dispatch team in case of delays or delivery difficulties.
5. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness:
-
Ensure personal or company vehicle is in good working condition.
-
Perform regular checks (fuel, brakes, lights, tires, etc.).

Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
