Job Overview
We are hiring Delivery Boys and Girls for last-mile and courier delivery services. The role involves picking up and delivering parcels, food, or e-commerce orders to customers' doorsteps while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Pick up packages from warehouses, restaurants, or hubs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of parcels to customers.
- Verify customer details and collect payments (if applicable).
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) and digital payments.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Provide polite and professional service to customers.
- Communicate with dispatch teams for route guidance and updates.
- Maintain proof of delivery and update order statuses in the delivery app.
Vehicle & Safety Compliance
- Ensure the vehicle (bike/cycle/scooter) is in good condition.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Handle packages with care to avoid damages.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid driving license (for bike/scooter delivery jobs).
- Smartphone with GPS and basic app usage knowledge.
- Physically fit to handle deliveries.
