We are looking for candidate who has experience in Delivery Dispatch incharge/ Pre delivery incharge/ Tool room & tool maintenance Incharge/ Visual inspection in Ambattur Tirumullaivoyal.
Role :Delivery / Dispatch
Qualification: DME/BE - Mech & ITI (Mechanical & Automobile) & DME/NTTF - Tool & Die Making
Skills:

Skills:
1) Communication and Interpersonal Skills
2) Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
3) Leadership and Team management
4) Time management
5) Logistics and Transportation knowledge
6) Expert in Tally, Excel, MIS reporting
JD Primary:
1) Delivery Planning: Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet actuals. Oversee Dispatch operations
2) Team management: Coordinate with transporters, customers and other stakeholders
3) Issue resolutions: Track and respond to issues, delays or disruptions. Troubleshoot issues and implement solution.
4) Customer communication: Liase with customers regarding delivery schedules, issues and concerns
Additional:
1) Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking
2) Generate reports and analyse data to improve dispatch operations.
3) Monitor delivery performance metrics such as on time delivery ratings and premium freight control.
4) Safety and compliance.
Shift Timing: Shift 1 - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm / Shift 2 - 3:30pm to 12:00 Pm (Weekly Rotational Basis)
Walkin interview : Monday - Saturday 10 AM- 4 PM
Immediate Joiner Must
Work Location: Chennai Thirumullaivoyal
