Key Responsibilities

Order Pickup and Delivery

Collect goods, parcels, or food items from designated pick-up points, warehouses, or restaurants.

Verify order details before departure to ensure accuracy.

Deliver items to customers’ addresses within specified timelines.

Customer Interaction

Greet customers politely upon delivery.

Confirm order details and obtain proof of delivery (signature, OTP, or photo evidence).

Handle customer queries or concerns professionally during delivery.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain delivery logs and records of completed deliveries.

Report delivery status to supervisors or through company apps.

Record cash payments, digital transactions, or collect delivery charges if applicable.

Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance

Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) is in good working condition.

Keep delivery bags, boxes, and containers clean and well-maintained.

Report any mechanical issues to the company promptly.

Safety and Compliance

Follow all road safety rules and traffic regulations.

Wear company-provided uniforms and protective gear, such as helmets.

Ensure safe handling of fragile, perishable, or valuable goods.
