Job Description
Locations: * Marathahalli * Vijayanagar Hoodi Hebbal (Quick com)
* Login time: 7:30 am
Locations: * Marathahalli , Hebbal (Last mail Delivery)
* Login times: 7:30 am (Slot 1) and 3:00 pm (Slot 2)
Joining bonus: ₹3,000
Key Responsibilities
1. Timely Delivery
-
Pick up items from the warehouse, store, or assigned location.

Deliver products to customers at their designated address within the expected time frame.

Follow the best routes to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays due to traffic or road conditions.
2. Customer Service
-
Greet customers politely and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Collect required signatures, proof of delivery (POD), or confirmation on delivery apps.

Communicate with customers in case of delays, address issues professionally, and report customer feedback to supervisors.
3. Handling & Safety
-
Handle packages or goods with care to avoid damage during transit.

Ensure that products are complete, undamaged, and delivered as per order.

Follow all road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company safety protocols.
4. Vehicle Maintenance (if using own or company vehicle)

Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

Report any vehicle issues, repairs, or maintenance requirements to the concerned department.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and records accurately.

Update delivery status through mobile apps or delivery systems.

Report undelivered packages, customer issues, or route problems to supervisors.
6. Cash Handling (if applicable)

Collect payments (COD – Cash on Delivery) and submit them to the accounts or operations team.

Ensure accurate cash handling and proper documentation of transactions.
