We’re on the lookout for Demand Generation Executive (DGE) to join our dynamic team!

Job Overview

A Demand Generation Executive is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers. The role focuses on lead generation, nurturing prospects, and driving sales pipeline growth through various digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

Develop and implement demand generation campaigns through email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Identify and engage potential B2B or B2C prospects through multiple lead sources.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

2. Market Research & Targeting

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Segment and target audiences based on demographics, interests, and buying behavior.
Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and performance analytics.

3. Content & Outreach Strategy

Create and manage engaging email sequences, landing pages, webinars, and blogs to attract potential customers.
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Use SEO and paid advertising to enhance online visibility.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or CRM software to analyze and optimize campaigns.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.
