Job Description: We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable Demo Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, manufacturing/trading processes, and a clear understanding of ERP software. This role involves presenting product demonstrations to clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct live product demonstrations for clients, showcasing ERP features relevant to accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and trading
• Understand client requirements and map software capabilities accordingly
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for pre-sales support
• Clearly explain software functionalities and answer client questions during demos
• Follow up with prospects post-demo and support the conversion process
• Maintain detailed records of demo meetings and feedback
Requirements:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, manufacturing/trading business workflows, and ERP software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confidence in client interactions and software presentations
• Ability to understand and explain technical features in simple terms
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in ERP demo or software pre-sales will be an advantage
• Ability to handle client objections and provide practical solutions
