Demonstrator (Weaving)/ Laboratory Attendant (Workshop) Jobs recruitment in Office of the Development Commissioner-Handlooms-Ministry of Textiles on Direct Recruitment basis
1. Demonstrator (Weaving)
Qualification : Three years Diploma in Handloom Technology or Textile Technology or Three years Diploma in Handloom & Textile Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institution with two years practical experience in a weaving mill or handloom or Power loom factory. Must be well acquainted with weaving mechanism, cloth analysis and transfer of designs to point paper and loom. Desirable: Experience of Teaching in a Government or recognized Institution

3. Laboratory Attendant (Workshop)
Qualification : Matriculate or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University with two years experience in a Workshop in Carpentry or Blacksmith. Desirable: ITI Training in Mechanical or Fitter or Carpentry or vocational course of not less than four months in any of the above trades from recognized Institution.

Qualification : Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University with at least two year’s experience in winding, warping and other operations related to weaving.
