Job Description
Preparing for dental examination/surgery: Sterilization of
instruments and work area. Assemble instrumentation by sterilizing and
delivering instruments to treatment area, positioning for dentist’s access,
suctioning and passing instruments. Perform routine cleaning and provide
support to dentist as required in dental procedures Maintain and order supplies
and materials. Handle patient communications, such as appointment scheduling,
phone calls, billing, and supply orders. Ensure that the patients feel
comfortable throughout the dental procedure. Perform office management tasks
which usually involve patient records keeping and updating.
