Job Description

Duties:
Assist the dentist during treatments.
Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms.
Guide patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain patient records and schedule appointments.
Ensure a clean and safe clinic environment.
Help with front desk tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Assistance:

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
Assist the dentist during procedures, including handing instruments and taking X-rays (if certified).
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain patient records and update medical histories.

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

Greet patients warmly and handle appointment scheduling.
Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain billing records.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Administrative Support:

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies.
Order and manage dental supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with lab technicians and external vendors as needed.
