Job Description
He/she will have to attend all camps related to Transforming faces conducted in Cuddalore and Thiruvanamalai.
He/ she will have to obtain retrospective data from the patients recruited in TF project in the initial phases.
He/she will have to coordinate with camp activities (Camp sheet maintenance, materials for camp activities, awareness programs, travel etc.,). To document the camp visits on the database whenever the patient visits for dental assessment, surgery & orthodontic treatment.
He/she will have to maintain hard copies of the comprehensive case sheets and update them as and when needed.
He/she will have to submit daily/weekly/ monthly reports of all activities.
He/she will help in all activities during the course of camps, including dental diagnosis, preventive and restorative treatment.
He/ she will take care of the financial aspects involved in camps. To present all the activities of the month in a meeting held on a monthly basis.
