- We are looking for a self-driven, energetic and enthusiastic FEMALE BDS DENTAL SURGEON who is a people’s champion at heart and also be able to wear multiple hats when needed.
- Our Dental SURGEON forms a key between Patients and the management of MGM Dental Care. The candidate should be comfortable with multitasking, UNDERSTANDING OUR CLINIC Process quickly and apply to make it success.
- There will be two months training for experienced and 3 months training for Fresher on our clinic process.
- Responsibilities may include but not limited to.
- Understanding the Patient Problem.
- Ensuring our patients feel comfortable.
- Explaining necessary procedures and precautions a patient must take if he has undergone dental surgery or other procedures.
- Educating patients on general oral hygiene and importance of oral health.
- Following up with patients after they’ve went through a surgery.
- Informing patients about educational workshops, free checkups or any other events happening at our facilities.
- Qualification: BDS
- Experience:0 to 2 years
- Language:Should know speak English Hindi and Kannada
- Salary:Above 10k+ Incentive
- Incentives: based on the Performance,
- Every 3 months there will be evaluation, and increment in salary
