Job Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Bonus
We are hiring a skilled Denter and Painter for our growing automotive workshop in Dera Bassi (SAS Nagar).
Responsibilities:
- Repair dents and damaged panels
- Perform sanding, filling, and surface preparation
- Mix and apply paint accurately
- Deliver high-quality refinishing work
- Follow safety and repair standards
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in denting and painting (preferred)
- Knowledge of color matching and finishing techniques
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be local or able to commute to Dera Bassi
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in auto body repair or painting is preferred.

Proven experience as a Denter and Painter in a vehicle repair shop, dealership, or similar environment.

In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques, painting tools, and application methods.

Ability to match paint colors and perform high-quality paintwork.

Skilled in using spray guns, sanding tools, dent pullers, welding tools, and other workshop equipment.

Understanding of safety standards and practices related to paint application and chemical handling.

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy parts and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, standing).

Good eye for detail, color accuracy, and surface finish.
