Job Description
Hiring Department Manager-IN Training freshers only from Hotel Management background from 2019 and 2020 background only.
Job Description
- Managing and coordinating activities for the smooth functioning at store
- Supervising the team and ensure that all activities are executed as per plan.
- Ensuring implementation of processes as per SOPs laid down in Work Smart
- Coaching and training to motivate and build team.
- Ensure 100% adherence to POG , SOP and promo implementation.
- Responsible for the P&L
- Store is kept clean and hygienic.
- Work towards reducing dump, shrink and losses
- Ensure that price and promotions running in stores are clearly displayed communicated to all customers.
- Ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs.
Education
- UG : BHM in Hotel Management, B.Sc in Any Specialization, Hospitality and Hotel Management
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
