Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on root cause analysis and resolving software and hardware issues
2. Perform application troubleshooting
3. Manage customer relationship and be the single point of contact for customer queries
4. Track application-related issues with clients and drive them to closure
5. Escalate and communicate in a timely fashion the status of major incidents and problems
6. Work on coordinating with various teams to ensure that Incidents are effectively resolved within SLA and escalate during critical and high priority incidents tagged, and ensuring more expertise is available to resolve the incident within the said SLAs
7. Work on ensuring that the incidents are accurately isolated and diagnosed
8. Identify incidents that need special attention or escalation
9. Handle client's requirement gathering
10. Work on the testing of functional scenarios, compatibility, UI, and user acceptance
11. Report enhancements, bugs, problems, and re-occurring incidents to the development team and senior-level managers
12. Work on delivering complete software training to end-users and operations staff by means of verbal instructions and specially designed documents and presentations
13. Work on IoT integrations
