Deputy Chief Manager/Chief Manager-Operations Group Operations-Goregaon
Job Description:
- Responsible for entire customer on boarding servicing and renewal processing for Group Policies including Employer Employee Schemes Non Employer Employee Schemes affinity policies MFI policies.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that the team will manage the back office work in terms of policy issuance and dispatch take care of customer service requests during the complete life cycle of the policy.
- To manage the financial and non financial expectations of Group customers and building long term relationship for group lines of businesses and to ensure renewal persistency and customer satisfaction.
- Group Operations Design Manage Control and implement Business Processes and ensure that the Service Levels are met at all times-Renewal Premium Collection Mgt-Identify & evaluate Risks involved & build controls to mitigate the same
- Team Management Training & Development along with succession planning
