Job Description
Major Purpose of the Job: DGM - HR and ADMIN
To drive HR processes / initiatives from employee onboarding to employee exit (entire life cycle) along with partnering with business stakeholders, supporting, managing employee escalations and provide support, applying organization policies to support delivery and execute growth/developmental programs for all assigned employees based out of Bhat (Head Office).
Principal Accountabilities:
• To implement key HR practices to drive the performance of enabling functions
• Work closely with the functional leaders to ensure we are optimally human resourced as per the requirements
• Ensure to work with teams to recruit quality talents in the organization with the TA support
• Ensure the recruited talents are rightly on-boarded in the organization by induction team
• Work with the team to maintain the parity in the compensation
• Providing Position ID/Job Id/ and required approval in DigiCad
• Maintaining monitor employee master data in DigiCad with regular updates
• Employee engagement: Work with Employee engagement team and cross functional teams to build and strengthen the employee engagement initiatives currently undertaken and propose new initiatives within the budgetary limits
• Ensure that, every employee has a Job Description, KRA, KPI as per various requirements in the required format and ensure to maintain the same by reporting Manager & HOD’s in organizational format too
• Work with businesses to define where the accountability and responsibility lies in the function’s
• Work with the line of business to have PMS system in place with SMART goals set, timely reviewed and documented by each department appropriately
• Ensure that employees to be trained by corporate L&D on the required Training needs and norms as stipulated by appropriate authorities for succession planning.
• Ensure our organization complies with all statutory requirements on all labor related matters and adhere to the requirements
• Ensure good employee relations & foster bonding among the employees
• Be aware of the latest developments, judgments in all matters concerned to our operations and implement the changes / amendments
• Disciplinary matters: Ensure that discipline is maintained at all levels across sites
• Provide timely approvals of all Admin and Maintenance related indents and PO’s.
• Work closely with the administration team to ensure that support is provided at all levels across function.

Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR
B.Sc. MBA & PGDM
Experience
Minimum 15 year of experience.
22 years
Certifications Required (if any)
Specialization in Server related certifications.
MS Office and SAP SD
