Job Description
To ensure flawless Sales and Receivable Management by following best practices of the industry.
Principal Responsibility (KRA)
Sales Management
- Generating sales lead
- Responding to sales enquiry
- Price negotiation with customers
- Achieving sales target in terms of value and volume in line with Business plan independently
- Visiting customers and ensuring Customer Relationship Building
- Co-ordination for dispatch with logistics team
- Sales MIS generation
- Documents related to SEZ transactions
Receivable Management
- Payment follow ups on a regular basis
- Reconciliation of accounts with customers
- Visiting customers to collect payments
- Receive outstanding balance confirmation on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Statutory compliances i.e. collection of C/H Form, GST Regulations
SAP Operation
- Sales and Distribution module
- Receivable module
Logistics Coordination
- Coordination with Logistics Team for on time dispatch
- Ensuring OTD to customers
- Reporting any deviation/ delays
Skills & Knowledge
- Good command over SAP is a must
- Knowledge of MS Office
Competencies
- Communication (Oral and Written)
- Coordination with internal / external stakeholders
- Team Work
