Job Description
Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving efficiency of assignedgeography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
1. Area/ Geography Mapping.Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his team memberson geography mapping. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervalsand share the progress report with his superiors.
2. Source Relationship Management.
Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources of his teamand geographic area.
3. Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls
Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls.
4. Channel Partner Recruitment
Responsible for validation and empanelment of channel partners
5. Team Huddle
Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.
6. Weekly Team Review
Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of Sales Patri II.
7. HSPL Hub Co-ordination
Responsible for coordination with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update statusto his team members.
