One of our esteemed and reputed client Roop Automotives Ltd requires DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER on urgent basis
Job Title : Deputy Manager/Manager.
Location :IMT Manesar.
Department :Quality Assurance Budgeted.
CTC:Rs. 10-12 lac per annum
Educational Qualification (Regular): B.Tech/ B.E. in Metallurgical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering (Must be Regular).
Experience: 10-12 years
Industry Exposure: Auto(Gear shafts) Industry only. Big Tier II or Tier I.
Computer Proficiency: Good MS office skills Managerial Experience,if any: 3-4 years.

Responsibilities:

Must have thorough knowledge of Installation.
Commissioning of Sealed Quench Furnace (SQF), Various Induction Hardening Machines & Metallurgical Lab Testing Facilities etc.
Must have knowledge of Heat treatment, Metallurgical analysis and controlling the shaping of metal through rolling, hobing, forging and drawing.
Responsible for Mechanical/Metallurgical testing of steel bars, Forged parts and In process Quality of Finished parts (Hardness, Case depth, Microstructure, Decarburization, Grain Size, Grain Flow, Inclusion rating).
Must have thorough knowledge of receipt quality , suppliers' quality improvement, in process , final inspection ,Customer quality assurance and warranty management to ensure completion of end to end quality process.
Should have knowledge Of APQP, PPAP, Control plan, FMEA. SPC, GD & T , MSA etc. for ensuing process establishment and improvement to ensure defect free product and reduce/eliminate customer complaints.
Development of Documentation & Implementation of QMS (ISO/TS16949,ISO 14001,OHSAS).
Ensuring adherence to manufacturing Quality and safety standards.
Should have knowledge of preparation of Defect analysis report ( DAR).Must have been Customer point of contact for all QA issues.
