Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
Taxation – GST – Indirect Tax
i) Monthly Filling of GSTR-1 Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited :-
• Validation of Sales Register download from SAP and reconciled the sales registered liability with output GLs Liability for the month.
• Upload the sales register in EY DigiGST Tools and validate the data for filling GSTR-1 return on GST Portal.
• Reconciled the Sales registered data with E- Invoice data, E- way Bill Data, and identify the invoices which GST IRN number not generated by CD Finance team and push that invoices in GST Portal.
• Filling of GSTR-1 returns once all the validation and error resolved in the in GST Portal site separately
ii) Monthly Filling of GSTR-3B Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited :-
• Validation of Purchase Register download from SAP and Reconciled the Purchase register with input tax credit GLs for the month.
• Upload the Purchase register in EY DigiGST Tools and validate the data for filling GSTR-3 return on GST Portal.
• Reconciled the purchase registered input tax credit with Monthly GSTR-2B and un-reconciled input tax credit C/F to next month
• Filling of GSTR-3B returns once all the validation and error resolved in the in GST Portal site separately
iii) Other Compliances / supporting activities of GST :-
• Prepare Details Related In-eligible ITC regards to GSTR3B.
• Check and verify correct ITC avail while filing GSTR3B.
• ISD Returns filing with necessary entries of books and check / reconcile posted invoices with GSTR-6A. Allocate ITC to eligible units (branch location) using IGST/CGST/SGST tax head.
• Prepare Revenue Reconciliation for the F.Y 2025-26
• Jammu Budgetary Scheme calculation and return filing.
• Consolidate Purchase and sales Register.
• All the require activities does while filing GSTR1 and GSTR3B returns.
• ITC Reversal and Re-claim statement prepare for GSTR3B.
• Monthly Prepare Consolidate GSTR3B summary.
• Identify and Discuss risk areas from indirect tax perspective.
