Purpose of the Job : The purpose of this role is to attract, identify, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with the organisation’s business goals and culture. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates across various functions. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other talent channels. Identify and attract qualified candidates through proactive talent mapping and market research. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability against job requirements. Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience. Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines. Provide recruitment insights, market trends, and talent availability updates. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation’s talent attraction efforts. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring performance. Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights for process improvement. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations. Key Skills & Competencies Functional Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate identification. Experience with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and applicant tracking systems. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
