Deputy Manager Job in CPL Pharmaceuticals Private Limited at Dahej

Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, Factory Act, and environmental regulations. Implement and monitor EHS management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, HAZOP, and process safety reviews. Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for hot work, confined space, work at height, and electrical isolation. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits across API manufacturing areas. Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous chemicals and solvents. Organize emergency response drills, fire safety training, and mock exercises. Monitor contractor safety and ensure PPE compliance. Maintain statutory safety records, licenses, and documentation. Deliver safety induction and refresher training to employees and contractors. Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
