Deputy Registrar/02 Post (General)

Qualification:

(1) A Master degree with atleast 55% marks or an equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale. AND

(a) At least nine years of experienceor above as an Assistant Professor in a college or a university with educational administration.

OR

(b) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. OR

(c) Five years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in equivalent post.

(2)Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.

(3) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Age: Not be less than 18 years and not be more than 46 years

Legal Officer/01 Post(General )

Qualification:

(1)A degree in Law (special) or degree in Law (integrated) (five years course after Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination)

 AND

(a) have enrolled the bar council as an advocate and practicing in the High Court or District Court or City Court at Ahmadabad or family Court or Small Cause Court or Industrial Court of atleast seven years

OR

(b) Atleastsevenyears experience of legal matters in Government, or staff working of the establishment of High Court or any court subordinate thereto or staff of office of the Government pleader of the High Court or City Civil Court or District Court

OR

(c) at least seven years experience of legal matters in local body or limited company established under the companies Act, 2013

(2) Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.

(3) Have sufficient knowledge of Gujarati so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Gujarati and to translate with ease from Gujarati into English and vice-versa.

Accountant/Auditor/01 Post(General )

Qualification:

(1) The qualification of Chartered Accountant.

OR

(2) A post graduate degree in Commerce. (Accountancy) AND

(a) At least five years experience on the post not below the rank of Cashier cum Section Officer-(GP-4600) in the Birsa Munda Tribal University.

OR

(b) Atleast five years experience related to Accounts and/or Audit works in Government or local bodies or Government under taking board or corporation or university, on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Cashier cum Section Officer-(GP-4600) in the BirsaMunda Tribal University.

OR

(3) A bachelor degree in Commerce (Accountancy) of any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India.

AND

(a) At least seven years experience on the post not below the rank of Cashier cum Section -(GP-4600) Officer in the Birsa Munda Tribal University.

OR

(b) Have atleast seven years experience related to Accounts and/or Audit works in Government or local bodies or Government under taking board or corporation or university, on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Cashier cum Section Officer-(GP-4600) in the Birsa Munda Tribal University.

(4) Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.

(5) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

(2) The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) Trade certificate or a degree or diploma in computer course.

(3) Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.

(4) Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Cashier cum Section Officer/01 Post(General )

Qualification:

(1) A post graduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) or post graduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy/ Economics/ Statistics) or post graduate degree in Arts (Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics)

AND

(a) At least two years experience on the post not below the rank of Accountant or Senior Clerk-(GP-2400), in the BirsaMunda Tribal University.

OR

(b) At least two years experience related to Administration and/or Accounts and/or Audit works in Government or local bodies or Government under taking board or corporation or university or limited company established under the companies Act, 2013, or in Banking Organization or in a Chartered Accountant’s Firm, on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Accountant or Senior Clerk-(GP-2400), in the BirsaMunda Tribal University.

OR

(2) a degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Commerce (Accountancy/ Economics/ Statistics) or Arts (Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics)

AND

(a) At least four years experience on the post not below the rank of Accountant or Senior Clerk-(GP-2400), in the Birsa Munda Tribal University.

OR
