Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.
2. Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.
3. The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.
4. Company will be providing training on the use of technology and app.
5. Keep records of customer interactions.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education - MD / DNB Dermatology
Experience - 1 to 8 Years
Salary - Rs. 50,000 per month to Rs. 60,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Working hours- 6 Hours a day in between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (6 days a week)
Day off - Rotational Any Day (Sunday compulsory working)
