Job Description
1. Knowledge of color theory, typography, iconography and design principles.
2. Proficient in Corel Draw, illustrator, Photoshop & Flash.
3. Illustration and drawing skill.
4. Knowledge & Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and other graphic tools. Also,converting PSD Designs into pixel perfect HTML codes.
5. Strong knowledge of general design principles.(layout, color, fonts, proportion, brand, interaction behaviors, etc.).
6. Highly self-motivated with a creative mindset.
7. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product portfolio
8. High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally
9. Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflow
10. Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
11. Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality.
12. Eye for detail in every task as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work on all visual branding mediums to develop out of the box concepts
2. Collaboration with marketing and account management teams with design and execution ofprinting marketing collateral and assets.
3. Ensure all digital creative is consistent, innovative and accurate and that it meets all company requirements
4. Design & execute logos, brochures, presentations etc.
5. Understand product requirements and make mocks for the technical team.
6. Conceptualize and design end to end customer interaction flow for a product/feature and comeup with wire-frames and mocks based on loosely defined specifications.
7. Create designs for products, social media branding & marketing so as to enhance the customer experience
8. Quickly act on user / team feedback and improve the design accordingly.
9. Knowledge and experience of user-centric design approach and best practices.
Reporting to: Director
Highest Qualification Required : Any graduate with an additional course of Graphic Designing required.
Experience required: 0-2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing profile.
