Required Skills
Through understanding on PCB engineering, Component engineering, EMI/EMC testing and circuit simulation
Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs
Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and driver circuit design & testing.
Good working experience on analog and digital hardware design, circuit simulations using PSpice & LTspice tools.
Should be able to analyse the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performing FMEA’s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance analysis
Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout and drawings.
Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing.
Hands on experience in writing detailed test plan/procedures, Qualification test procedures.
Experience with PLM tool like Teamcenter and PCB Design tools like Altium Designer and NX.
Utilize basic knowledge of the following equipment: digital multi meters, oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signal generators, power supplies, RF equipment and current probes
Knowledge of ATEX, EC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards.
Knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC.
