Job Description
- Should have good hands on experience in UGNx.
- Design and optimization of mechanical components / equipments for automotive powertrain assembly systems (transfer systems, machines, in-process verification stations).
- Should have knowledge about selection of mechanical, pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, hydraulic systems required for powertrain assembly systems.
- Should have Design management skill (team size: 3-4 external engineers).
- Preparation of cycle-time diagrams according to inputs given.
- Should have to ensure proper GD&T in design.
- Prepare & cross-check BOM.
- Prepare DAP document for approval.
- Ensure proper uploading of BOM in ERP along with drawings / igs files.
- Preparation of individual machine layout with foot-prints.
- Ensuring all 3D designs & manufacturing drawings are checked.
- Prepare EHP list & risk analysis.
Education
- UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Mechanical, Graduation Not Required
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, M.Tech in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
