Job Description
Position: Design Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using CAD software and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication drawings, and sheet metal design.
Key Responsibilities- Create and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Prepare detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
- Design sheet metal components and assemblies based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Review and update engineering drawings as per design changes.
- Ensure designs comply with quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Support prototype development and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
- Good understanding of mechanical design principles.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings, sheet metal design, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
- Candidates with experience in fabrication or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
