Job Description
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPanel Design• Design electrical control panels (MCC, PCC, etc.) as per project requirements.• Prepare wiring diagrams, panel GA drawings, and BOM.PLC Programming• Develop and troubleshoot basic PLC programs for automation applications.• Integrate PLC with field instruments and electrical equipment.Panel Wiring & Assembly• Supervise and verify panel wiring as per design standards.• Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.Site Commissioning•Visit project sites to install, test, and commission panels.• Coordinate with the client and site engineers to ensure smooth handover.Documentation & Support• Prepare test reports, user manuals, and as-built drawings.• Provide post-installation technical support.Candidate Requirements• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / EEE or equivalent.• Strong knowledge of basic PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi or similar).• Ability to design and wire electrical panels independently.• Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning.• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).What We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience.• Exposure to end-to-end projects from design to commissioning.• A growing, supportive team environment.
