Requirements and skills

1.            Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role

2.            Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is Must

3.            Experience in Special purpose Machines design

4.            Experience in Jigs and fixture design

5.            Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field in diploma

Responsibilities

1.            Design new engineering products and processes

2.            Craft models and drawings of products using CAD.

3.            Research new product ideas and methods

4.            Improve existing products and processes.

5.            Maintain accurate records.

6.            Find creative design solutions to problems.
