Job Description
Job Summary: We’re seeking a passionate SharePoint & Power Apps Developer with solid experience in SPFx, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure integration, CI/CD, and Microsoft Teams.
You’ll build and maintain enterprisegrade solutions, driven by strong frontend development, JSON-based customizations, UX/UI prototyping (Figma/XD), and an appetite for rapidly learning new tools and technologies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, custom lists, and SPFx web parts
• Customize forms and views with JSON, and use REST/Graph APIs for integration Power Platform Solutions
• Develop both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, plus Power Automate workflows
• Integrate with data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs
• Extend functionality via Teams tabs, bots, messaging/adaptive cards, Viva Connections; development for Teams is preferred Frontend & UI/UX
• Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React for responsive UI components
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD
• Translate designs into polished user interfaces following UX best practices Integration & Governance
• Connect apps with Dynamics 365, Azure, external systems, and custom connectors
• Ensure solution governance, security, version control, and documentation Testing, Training & Support
• Lead unit/integration testing, UAT, and production deployments
• Provide training, user guides, and ongoing product support Continuous Learning
• Stay current with emerging SharePoint, Power Platform, and front-end technologies
• Be open to learning and adopting new solutions and tools based on business requirements
Technical Skills:• 5–7 years in SharePoint development (Online/On-Prem) using SPFx
• Hands-on experience building Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Mastery of JSON for SharePoint form/view customization
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for UX/UI prototyping
• Strong experience with APIs and Microsoft 365/Azure integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance, security, and deployment workflows
• A proactive, fast-learning mindset, ready to pick up new tools and technologies
