Job Description

Phase 1- Free Course for 3 months. Stipend will be provided in Training period right from the first month (Rs.10,000). Training will be provided by X-Academy. X-Academy is a Business Division of EXDION Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Phase 2- At the end of 3 months the candidates who pass assessments will intern with EXDION Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for 6 more months. Periodic assessments & certification till the 9th month.

Training Starting Date: 01st December 2016 :

Step 1: X Academy will conduct Aptitude test to screen the candidates.

Step 2: Candidates who clears screening will undergo panel Interview.

Step 3: shortlisted candidates through Interview will en-roll in X-Academy.

Step 4: Enrolled candidates will undergo comprehensive certification training for 9 months in Healthcare Receivables Management.

Step 5: During the training, the participants have to clear periodic assessments conducted by X - Academy.

Step 6: Those who successfully clear all the assessments and end-program assessments will be certified as a Receivable Management professional.

Step 7: We absorb a good portion of the batch into the parent company Exdion Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and The opportunities are innumerable in the market for a certified Receivable Management professional, with Healthcare being a very in-demand and fast growing Industry in India.
