JD of Kitchen Designer

• Kitchen Designer needs to plan the functional aspects and the visual look of kitchen spaces for their clients. They need to plan for the whole aspect of the kitchen including the color, lighting, cabinets, floor coverings, appliances and accessories.
• Walk in client handling including follow up. Kitchen designer needs to attend the walk in, take the client’s requirements and provide estimation and do follow up.
• Kitchen designer needs to plan the kitchen according to client’s needs, provide multiple kitchen design options and prepare quotation.
• Make effective presentation of the kitchen design using KD Max software and lead to finalization.
• Order placement upon finalization and co-ordination with site in charge.
• Co-ordination with Japanese design and order department.  
• Prepare electrical, plumbing and tiling dwgs post finalization.
• Sort out technical and site related issues.
• Showroom maintenance and upkeep of displays.
• Ensure maintenance and availability of kitchen samples, work top samples, appliance catalogs.
• Develop sales and design solutions for the clients as well as capable of making strategic pricing and project management.
• KEY SKILLS : Sharp, creative eye, good listening, drafting, and layout skills; ability to use computer software and architect scales; knowledge of buildings and industry trends; good communication skills; administrative skills

• Level of Education
• Graduate  from a recognized university.
• Preferred/Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge of Autocad & KD Max mandatory. 3DS Max will be added advantage
• Overall Experience:3-5  years
