Job Description
1. Work on Design artwork based on client requirements received from Sales Department
2. Obtain necessary approvals from concerned departments after making changes
3. Inform Purchase Department about cylinder/plate requirements for costing approval
4. Track vendor projects, highlighting technical issues to Purchase Manager
5. Attend proofing for new product developments (NPDs) and facilitate Sales Department approvals
6. Ensure vendor has standard references for color and text for repeat jobs
7. Verify final files for vendor production, including specifications and quantity
8. Maintain artwork specification checklist before sending files to vendors
9. Stay updated on project status after bromide approval
